Sony officially announced the PS5 Pro device after several leaks emerged earlier. Sony revealed that the PS5 Pro outperforms the PS5 in terms of graphics processor and better ray tracing support, along with improved resolution through artificial intelligence, as previously leaked. Sony stated that the PS5 Pro will be 45% faster in game processing, with memory 28% faster and graphics processor 67% faster, supporting 8K resolution as well as providing a game resolution boosting feature similar to AMD’s FSR and NVIDIA’s DLSS. It will come with a 2 terabyte SSD storage space and no disc drive, but can be purchased separately and installed. The PS5 Pro will be available for sale on November 7 for $699.
