Google Adds “Cheapest Prices” Tab to Google Flights
Google has added a new feature to its flight search engine, “Google Flights,” aimed at making it easier to search for the cheapest prices. With the new “Cheapest” tab, you can find low-cost flight options without needing to delve into additional details about fees and different features.
The feature is currently available for domestic flights in the United States, and will be expanded to include all flights around the world in the coming weeks.
The cheapest options typically rely on what Google calls “creative routes,” such as long layovers or self-transfers between flights. These cost-saving factors will now be integrated into one tab, making it easier for users to choose flights that are most suitable for their budget.
