Xiaomi launches Redmi Buds 6 Lite earphones with advanced technology and competitive price.

Xiaomi has announced the launch of the mid-range earbuds Redmi Buds 6 Lite in the Chinese market, after its recent global debut. The cost of these new earbuds is about 139 yuan, equivalent to $20, and is now available for pre-order on JD.com.

The Redmi Buds 6 Lite earbuds feature a comfortable in-ear design and come in three stylish colors: blue, white, and black. They have titanium-coated 12.4mm dynamic drivers, ensuring high-definition sound with powerful bass and clear audio details.

The earbuds come with four pre-set EQ sound profiles, as well as customizable EQ settings, providing users with a personalized audio experience suitable for various music genres. The earbuds also support AAC encoding, enhancing sound quality when connected to compatible devices.

One of the standout features of the Redmi Buds 6 Lite earbuds is the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature of up to 42 decibels, a significant upgrade compared to previous models. The earbuds are equipped with dual AI-powered microphones that reduce wind noise, with the ability to resist wind speeds up to six meters per second, making them an ideal choice for outdoor activities like running and cycling.

The ANC technology in the earbuds reduces noise levels up to 2.5 kHz, making them ideal for use in noisy urban environments or while on the go.

As for battery performance, the Redmi Buds 6 Lite earbuds offer excellent performance, lasting up to seven hours on a single charge, and up to 36 hours in total with the Type-C charging case. The earbuds also support fast charging, providing two hours of listening time after a ten-minute charge. While the global version promises slightly extended battery life of up to 38 hours, the difference remains minimal for most users.

The earbuds support the “Audio Sharing” feature with selected Xiaomi and Redmi devices, allowing pairs of earbuds to connect to one device. This feature is compatible with flagship phones like the Xiaomi 14 series, Xiaomi 13 series, and Redmi K70.

Additionally, the earbuds support the Xiaomi Earbuds app, where users can customize their listening experience by adjusting settings, checking battery status, and configuring custom EQ profiles. The app also includes firmware updates to ensure optimal earbud performance.
