Vivo prepares to launch its foldable phone Vivo X Fold 4 with a massive battery capacity
Vivo is currently working on developing its new foldable phone, the Vivo X Fold 4, with the latest information revealing that this version will support a large battery capacity. The phone is listed in the TENAA database under model number V2429A, but leaks have not revealed much about its specifications.
On the other hand, a report from “91Mobiles” provided some details about the specifications of the Vivo X Fold 4. This version comes with a battery capacity of up to 6500 mAh, which is a significant upgrade compared to the 5500 mAh battery capacity of the Vivo X Fold 3. This makes the Vivo X Fold 4 the phone with the largest battery capacity ever offered in foldable phones.
Contrary to expectations, the larger battery capacity of the X Fold 4 will not result in an increase in the thickness of the phone. Instead, it comes with a thinner and lighter design compared to its predecessor, the Vivo X Fold 3.
The new details also confirm the support of the Vivo X Fold 4 for satellite connectivity, in addition to supporting dual 5G chips. The phone will be launched with the Android 15 operating system.
Leaks also suggest that this version will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. We are waiting for more details about this version until the official announcement.
