Vivo announces its new phone series Vivo X200

Vivo has announced the launch of its new vivo X200 series, which includes the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro mini phones.

The X200 phone features a 6.67-inch LTPS AMOLED display, while the X200 Pro and X200 Pro mini come with 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED and 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED displays respectively, all with a peak brightness of 4500 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The phones are powered by the high-performance Dimensity 9400 processor, with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The X200 Pro version supports satellite connectivity and LPDDR5X Ultra Pro memory.

The phones run on the Origin OS 5.0 operating system based on Android 15, and are available in multiple colors including blue, white, and black for X200 and X200 Pro, while the X200 Pro mini comes in an additional pink color. All phones support IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance standards.

All the phones feature a Sony LYT-818 sensor for the main camera with a 50MP resolution, OIS support, a wide-angle camera with a 50MP resolution using a Samsung JN1 sensor.

The X200 Pro model has a third camera with a 200MP resolution using a Samsung HP9 sensor, while the vivo X200 and X200 Pro mini phones come with a 50MP camera using a Sony IMX882 sensor.

The vivo X200 phone has a 5800mAh battery with 90W fast charging support, the X200 Pro has a 6000mAh battery with 90W fast wired and 30W wireless charging, and the X200 Pro mini has a 5700mAh battery with the same charging speeds.

Vivo is set to release the new Vivo X200 series phones with prices ranging from $600 to $1000, depending on the version, storage capacity, and RAM. The phones are expected to launch in the market in October.
