Due to circumstances beyond our control, the publication of this article has been postponed to today instead of yesterday, as is our tradition every Saturday of the week with our article on the best new applications for iPhone and iPad users. As always, we focus on free applications that can benefit everyone, as well as including recently discovered older applications or even applications that require a purchase. As with the best iPhone and iPad apps from the previous week, the apps for this new week are as follows:
1. Raven:
The first app in this collection, its main task is to scan your printed and old photos “valuables” to digitize them and, more importantly, colorize them. It supports adding a variety of templates and powerful filters to your photos, as well as easy tools for scanning images without noise quickly. It also features a smart rectangle tool for manually changing image edges and details, automatic edge detection, automatic image perspective editing, and more.
2. Timyo:
An app that is not new, but its importance has led us to include it here. It is an email message manager that works with any service provider such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. The app automatically categorizes incoming emails into three tabs so you can focus on what matters to you. It features a unique interface along with powerful tools like undo sending, one-click unsubscribe, news about your contacts and more.
3. Passport Index:
This app is equally important as the mentioned apps here. It allows you to know the strength of your passport and how many countries you can travel to without a visa. The app also displays flags of all countries and facilitates the travel process for non-governmental organizations. It includes a tab for travel agencies and many other features in a stunning and direct interface.
4. PicJointer:
This app is also not new, but its great utility has led us to include it in this collection. It is a photo editor and collage maker, allowing you to combine multiple photos into one image and apply filters. PicJointer combines powerful photo editing tools with amazing effects to spark your creativity. By the way, this app is available for free on the App Store.
Unfortunately, this app is not free, but its high importance is what led us to include it here. However, it is possible that the developer may offer the app for free for a limited time. It is a multitasking web browser supporting up to 4 webpages at once. This allows you, for example, to watch a YouTube video while composing an email, and vice versa. Its features include support for horizontal and vertical display, easy navigation between pages, display of most visited pages and browsing history, support for popular search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, and more, as well as static and live screen shot tools and many other features waiting for you.
