Tools in Windows 7 you may not know about

Firstly, to open any of these tools, go to the Start menu, and in the search box, type the name of the tool, as shown in the following image:

Did you know that there is a tool called Snipping Tool, which is a tool for taking screenshots in a more professional way? With ease, you can take screenshots with 4 options (full-screen, window, rectangular, free-form). This tool not only takes screenshots but also allows you to edit them.
free-sorm snip: You can capture any part of the screen by drawing the desired path.
Rectangular Snip: You can capture the screen in specific shapes like squares or rectangles.
Window snip: You can capture only active windows.
full-screen: You can capture the entire screen.
