During a recent discussion at New York Comic Con (via Fangoria), Godzilla is missing one director Takashi Yamazaki revealed that he may be interested in revisiting the uncrystallized “smog monster,” Hedorah, when asked about a film he would like to reimagine in the series.
Godzilla vs. Hedorah. I think Hedorah was one of the most advanced Kaiju of its time, and I imagine the kind of visual expression we can do using technology and how far we’ve come today – I can envision how it will move, and I think it could be a really great new edition.
