The release of Mass Effect Andromeda will draw inspiration from the original installment in the series.
Yesterday, a new trailer for the game Mass Effect Andromeda was revealed during an EA conference which, unfortunately, did not provide us with significant new information about the game. However, in an interview with Kotaku, Mr. Mac Walters, the creative director of the game, confirmed a few key details, including the game’s tone.
He mentioned that Mass Effect Andromeda draws inspiration from the first installment of the Mass Effect series in terms of story and the accumulation of events to present a new world not tied to previous parts. This decision by Bioware was certainly not easy, but as the game is entirely new, it required an adventure.
The story is far removed from the previous protagonist, Shepard, and even the world of the game will be vast, offering freedom to the player according to the same speaker, of course. So, all we can do now is await its release in 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Best regards.
