You should be familiar with this building after solving the music box puzzle in Neely’s Bar as part of your first playthrough of the game. When you reach the rooftop after finding the music box button in the hole, you should hear some strange sounds as soon as you exit. Retrieve the Blue Gem from your inventory and you will see it glowing brightly with a UFO sound.
Lake – Rosewater Park in West South Vale
