Tesla retains $770 million of Bitcoin in multiple wallets.
Analysts from Arkham platform revealed that Tesla holds 11,509 bitcoins distributed across seven digital wallets, with a market value exceeding $770 million at a price of $66,500 per coin.
Last week, Tesla transferred its digital assets to new wallets, with one wallet acquiring the largest share of 2,109 bitcoins.
These moves come after a two-year hiatus, sparking speculation about the company reorganizing its digital assets ahead of its financial results announcement for the third quarter on October 24.
Bitcoin prices remained stable at $66,500 despite the significant amount of money transferred. However, Elon Musk’s influence on the cryptocurrency market is still strong, as the price of Dogecoin surged by 33% in a week following an indirect signal from him.
