Samsung mocks iPhone 14 in video before its release, urges consumers to buy their new Galaxy phones.
Samsung says if you buy an iPhone, you won’t enjoy its exclusive innovations like the unique design and “Flex Mode” of the Z Flip4 or the 108-megapixel camera with “Super Zoom” on the S22 Ultra.
At this point, most people in the industry already know that the new iPhone 14 will be unveiled next week at Apple Park in Cupertino, with all the usual media hype and almost complete market interest.
As is clear every year, Samsung has hinted in advance that it is the most bitter competitor to its own Galaxy devices, and ultimately the only one capable of challenging Apple’s catalog, at least in terms of media hype and user acceptance.
Therefore, as reported by GSMArena, Samsung wanted to taunt the upcoming iPhone launches in a cheeky commercial, informing Apple customers of what they are missing out on by not owning one of the latest Galaxy smartphones.
With a slogan like “Fasten your seat belts,” the South Korean giant only showcases the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy S22 Ultra in the clip, as they are the closest phones to the iPhone 14 in terms of pricing, around $1000, telling us about their benefits compared to the upcoming flagship from Apple.
In fact, Samsung discusses in the video the unique design and capabilities of the “Flex Mode” in the Galaxy Z Flip4, as well as the 108-megapixel main camera in the Galaxy S22 Ultra with Super Zoom feature, innovations they say iPhone 14 buyers will not enjoy “because they won’t come close to Apple’s mobile phones soon.”
Curiosity remains simple of course, but it is always interesting to see how companies remind each other in their ads, indicating that they really need to justify the new generations of their devices and maintain that unrealistic battle among fans who give it an impact.
Now we have to wait until next Wednesday, September 7th, to discover what’s new in Apple’s world in 2022, as not only the launch of iPhone 14 is expected, but also a new Apple Watch model and a new iPad Pro lineup… We shall see!
