Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy A36 with Android 15 system.

Samsung has started working on its mid-range phones for next year, and the first information about the Galaxy A36 phone has appeared, which is expected to offer improvements in performance and technologies.

Android 15 Operating System

An unannounced Samsung phone with model number SM-A366B has been spotted on Geekbench, and it is believed to be the new Galaxy A36 phone that will support 5G. The phone will run on Android 15 operating system with One UI 7.0 interface directly upon launch.

The phone will come with a processor codenamed Parrot and 6GB of RAM, with a possible 8GB version.

Processor and Efficiency

The phone will feature an octa-core processor with a clock speed of up to 2.4GHz for high performance and 1.8GHz for power efficiency. It will also come with an Adreno 710 GPU, which means it may be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor.

The phone’s processor is based on 4nm technology, contributing to improving battery life compared to the Galaxy A35 phone.

Long-Term Android Updates

It is expected that the Galaxy A36 phone will receive 6 major Android updates, like the Galaxy A16 5G phone. This means that the phone will continue to receive updates until Android 21.

Expected Specifications

The Samsung phone may come with a Dynamic AMOLED 2x display measuring 6.6 inches with a 120Hz refresh rate, with improvements in brightness and reduced bezels.

Additionally, it is expected to feature a 32-megapixel front camera, a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, along with features like stereo speakers, IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, and a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.
