Resident Evil 2 Game Coming to iPhone, iPad, and Mac this Year

Capcom plans to release Resident Evil 2 game on Apple devices. This comes after previously releasing parts four, seven, and Village. The game is set to appear on the App Store on December 31st of this year.

The game is expected to run on iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 Pro models, as well as all Mac and iPad devices with the M1 processor.

Similar to previous versions of Resident Evil on iOS, the game will start off as free, but the full version will be paid.

Although Capcom has not yet confirmed the price of the game, Village reached $20 compared to $60 for Resident Evil 4.

Starting in August, iOS versions of Resident Evil games now require an internet connection when launching, including the new Resident Evil 2 version.

The game was initially released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2019.
