Yesterday evening, we followed the official and final details that were revealed about the upcoming game Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, presented by Treyarch and Raven Software studios. This came after a series of leaks and rumors, finally confirmed through an exciting video preview that left the audience with many questions, especially after discovering that the official preview was recorded from a PlayStation 5 console.
This raised concerns about the game’s technical quality and the features used in this version. Recently, Activision officially announced that the game, on the next-gen Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, will offer true 4K resolution and a frame rate of around 120 frames per second on both consoles.

Furthermore, it was confirmed that the game supports Ray Tracing technology on PC with NVIDIA graphics cards, as well as on the next-gen Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. The Sony console version will have exclusive features, including 3D Audio technology.
The game will also support the new DualSense controller features, such as Haptic Feedback, and all versions of the game will support Cross Play, allowing players on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC to play together. Stay tuned for more details on the upcoming multiplayer gameplay on September 9, with the game set to be released on November 13 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and later on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5.
