The Age of Empires Mobile game is a result of the collaboration between TiMi Studio Group (developers of games like Call of Duty: Mobile and Pokémon Unite) and World’s Edge, a specialist in designing Xbox games. It offers a new and innovative experience of this beloved series, blending familiar elements of the famous Age of Empires series with a completely new gameplay style tailored for mobile phones, suitable for players on these devices.
The design of Age of Empires Mobile game is well-suited for mobile devices and cooperative gameplay, and the game features include:
- Ability to build a strategic approach using your civilizations, heroes, and forces with hundreds of possible formations to choose from, allowing you to create the best attack plan
- Incorporating online multiplayer elements through the game’s alliance system and gameplay between alliances in siege mode, where large-scale castle sieges are held with realistic weapons and complex defenses as hundreds of players lead thousands of units in a single battle on-screen
- Multiple single-player gameplay modes built on the Age of Empires series with unique elements from the original series

The game will include eight civilizations at launch – giving you the freedom to play as the British, Byzantine, Chinese, Egyptian, French, Japanese, Korean, or Roman civilization.
