Just days before the first anniversary of the game Alan Wake 2, Remedy unveiled a series of updates and improvements for players, especially for PS5 Pro users. The enhancements include new options to improve performance and quality, in addition to a free update that includes features and tools to enhance the gaming experience.
The main enhancements tailored for the PS5 Pro include improvements in quality and performance, where the game will utilize Sony’s PSSR technology to enhance the display resolution to 4K, with improvements in lighting, shadows, and visual details. In performance mode, the game will achieve speeds of up to 60 frames per second, providing a smoother gaming experience compared to the regular PlayStation 5 version.
As for the new update, available to all players, it will also add features to facilitate game control; such as support for motion control via the DualSense controller, and custom options to simplify gameplay like unlimited ammo or batteries.
This update aims to enhance players’ experience and provide more options to suit their different needs.
