New Feature in Apple Music Revives Your Favorite Music Concerts
Apple Music has announced a new feature that allows users to relive their favorite music concerts. This feature enables artists to create playlists that include songs they performed in their recent shows, allowing listeners to experience the atmosphere of the concert they attended again, as well as preview all the tracks the artist plans to perform before watching.
This feature targets artists, but it also has benefits for regular users. When artists compile a playlist and share it on social media to announce their upcoming tours or concerts, this method serves as an effective way to reconnect with friends who attended the live shows.
Apple has also explained how to experience this new feature on Apple Music and how to create a playlist on your artist page. You first need to go to the artist’s content, then scroll down to the artist’s playlist section. You can then click on the (+) button next to the artist’s playlists or the Create Song list button if you haven’t created one yet. You can choose the type of event, whether it’s a music concert, tour, or residency, then enter the event name and link your artist page on Apple Music to Bandsintown, or manually enter event details including location and date.
In addition, you must specify the playlist publication date, as it will be published according to the user’s local time. Then, you can click Follow when you are ready to enjoy it. You can also use the search function to add tracks to your song list, either by song name or by pasting an Apple Music link.
Users can also create multiple playlists for different shows, which will appear based on their popularity on the artist’s page on Apple Music and Shazam pages. It is important to note that any playlists managed by Apple are not editable, ensuring the quality and safety of the content.
