The development team of the Pokémon RPG game series has confirmed some time ago that they want to work on a project for the Nintendo Switch platform, and later made it official through an announcement confirming their work on this huge project.
Since then, news about the game has remained rare and almost nonexistent, as highlighted by Nintendo in its latest financial report after revealing all the upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch platform from July 2017 to the coming years.
A game titled RPG Pokémon has been spotted, hinting at the new Pokémon game which may likely be released late in 2018 or early 2019. Nothing is certain, but the release period is unlikely to exceed that timeframe. Best regards.
