LG’s 39-inch Ultra-Wide OLED Screen is currently very affordable
If you’re waiting for an amazing deal to pounce on an OLED gaming screen, this might be the only deal. Currently, Woot, an Amazon-owned site, is offering a 39-inch LG ultra-wide OLED screen for $720. This is a stunning discount of $780 off its original price, which is a 52% discount.
Unlike many screens on Woot, the LG 39GS95QE is a completely new model, not refurbished or opened. It boasts a super sharp resolution of 3440 x 1440, which is almost standard, but they bumped up the size by an extra five inches to give you more appeal.
With a curve of 800R, a fast refresh rate of 240Hz, and Nvidia G-Sync compatibility, it also has an edge over some other gaming screens. The standard VESA mount makes adding a screen arm easy, although the embedded base looks very nice on its own.
Despite all this great technology, the connectivity is somewhat disappointing. You get two HDMI 2.1 ports and a DisplayPort, but no USB-C options, only two USB-A ports for easy connection to other smart devices.
However, this is the best deal you’ll see for a large OLED screen. It’s much cheaper than most 27-inch OLED screens available in the market right now.
Woot is offering this extremely low price for another 10 days, and Amazon Prime members can get free standard shipping. But Woot deals with limited stock – once it’s gone, you may not see it again, so definitely jump on this stock quickly if you’re interested.
