Jarir denies customer data breach and confirms safety of its systems

Recently, amidst circulating rumors about leaking customer data from Jarir Company, the company squarely denied the accuracy of these reports and confirmed that all of its systems are operating securely and stably. The company completely dismissed rumors suggesting that branches in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and the UAE had been hacked, confirming that all claims in this context are baseless.
Jarir also mentioned that it has engaged a cybersecurity company registered with the National Cybersecurity Authority to conduct a comprehensive and thorough review of its systems to ensure their safety. The company emphasized that its systems have not been subject to any malware or ransomware attacks, and there have been no direct breaches of databases or servers.
Furthermore, Jarir reassured its customers that it does not store any payment data or financial information, enhancing the protection of their sensitive information.
