When you reach the Witness Room in Death Row / 1F Serpent Section in Toluca Prison, you will need to activate the generator to progress to the Death Chamber. After interacting with it, you will be informed about the “Maintenance Level” in green, “Optimal Level” in yellow, and “Danger Level” in red. To solve this puzzle and open the door, we need to turn the keys in the order that pushes the disk to the red area. To do this, from left to right, turn the keys in the following sequence, assuming they all start with pointing downwards:
