How to send WhatsApp messages without registering the number on the phone

Of course, WhatsApp makes it difficult – almost impossible – to message anyone unless you have that person’s phone number in your contacts, right? Personally, I struggle with this especially since I always need to communicate with strangers through WhatsApp. Every time, I have to save the number, update my WhatsApp contact list, search for the number, and deal with all those tedious tasks. Surely, you have faced the same frustrating problem like me. At least imagine wanting to message a mail carrier who struggles to find your house quickly, does that require saving the number on your phone?!

 

But don’t worry, there is actually a way to send WhatsApp messages to anyone without saving their number. In fact, we have two ways to do this, and each is easier than the other. The first method is available on any smartphone whether it’s an iPhone, Android, or even through WhatsApp Web on your computer. The second method is only valid for Android phones as it is done through an application.

 

First Method: Using an Electronic Link

Sending WhatsApp messages without saving the number on your phone is extremely simple. All you need is the person’s phone number, then open any internet browser you use, and type this link in the address bar https://wa.me/NUMBER but you need to replace the word NUMBER with the person’s phone number and it is necessary to write the country or region code.

For example, imagine with me that I live in Egypt, then the country code is 20 and must be written before the person’s phone number, and let’s assume the person’s phone number is 01123456789 – So now I will delete the first 0 from the left of the number and write the country code and then the person’s phone number, so the link will end up looking like this https://wa.me/2011123456789 and that’s it.

Once you click Enter, the WhatsApp interface will load on the browser you are using whether on an Android or iPhone or even on a desktop, and I have tested this on my phone through WhatsApp Web. If you see a message to choose the app you want to open, click on the checkbox next to “Always use this application to open WhatsApp links” then click on open Link and that’s it.

A chat window will open directly with the person’s number, and now you can message them as if their phone number was already saved in your contacts. Just remember the link address that needs to be entered or save it in any notes you have. In fact, this method is easy and great and has helped me a lot, however, if for some reason you didn’t like it, well, the next method will be better and easier but it is only valid for Android phones as it is done through an Android application.

Second Method: Using Click To Chat Application

 

The Click to chat application is a fantastic, easy, ad-free, and completely free application. All you need to do is install the application on your Android phone, then open it, and through the “Country” box choose your country and the country code will be automatically inserted. Then, through the “Number” box, enter the phone number of anyone even if they are not saved in your contacts, then all that’s left is to click on “Open” and the WhatsApp application will open directly with the chat page where you can message this person.

Just remember to write the phone number correctly (without the 0 at the beginning of the number). And that’s it. In fact, these are the only easy and simple ways for you to be able to send WhatsApp messages to any phone number even if that phone number is not in your contacts.
