How to install Windows system from your phone’s memory card
After removing the memory card from your phone and inserting it into an SD Card Adapter or SD Card Reader, and then inserting it into the computer or laptop, we will run the command prompt in Windows by right-clicking on the Start menu icon, then click on Command Prompt Admin to open the command prompt with administrator privileges. In the command prompt, type the command “Diskpart” and press Enter, then enter the command “List Disk” and note the disk number related to the memory card. It is usually number “1,” which you can confirm by checking the memory size mentioned under the Size column. If it is numbered 1, enter the command “Select Disk 1,” then press Enter, type “Clean” and press Enter to delete everything on the memory card. Next, enter “Create Partition Primary” to convert the memory card into a disk for installing Windows through it, which will not cause any problems or damage to the memory.
Continuing with these commands in the command prompt window, type “Select Partition 1,” then Enter, enter “Active” and click Enter, then type “Format Fs=NTFS Quick” and wait for the memory card format to change to NTFS. After that, type “Assign” and press Enter, then enter “Exit,” and note that the command prompt window does not close after clicking Enter.
Now, there is only one step left to complete the process of preparing the memory card from the phone. Just enter the command “Bootsect.exe /NT60 F:,” but remember to change the letter “F” to the letter assigned to the memory card disk. After that, you can close the command prompt window.
Now, the memory card is ready to work like a flash drive or CD. You can burn a copy of Windows ISO on it or transfer Windows installation files after extracting them from the ISO to the memory card as shown in the image above.
Once you have transferred the Windows files to the memory card, you can install Windows directly from it. When you want to install Windows, insert the memory card into the SD Card Adapter or SD Card Reader, then insert it into the computer and boot from it by adjusting the boot settings, similar to how you boot from a flash drive or CD to install Windows on your device.
