After turning on or opening WhatsApp on your phone, create a new group by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top right corner, then select “New group” from the dropdown menu. Choose at least one person to add to the group, then set the group name and click on the “tick” button to finish creating the group. To make it a private group for you only, remove the person you added by clicking on the group name at the top, then long press on the person’s name and select “Remove” from the menu that appears.
Now the group belongs to you, with only you in it.
