Guide to Warm Biomes in Minecraft

Some of the warm environments in Minecraft are harder to find and can be very harsh. Deserts are common, but Husks (Desert Zombies) do not burn in the sun. Despite the beauty of the Badlands, they can be almost completely empty. These are the warm environments in Minecraft.

Forests

Forests are rare environments that contain trees that grow up to 31 blocks high, as well as short trees built around a single block of tree wood as a trunk. Forests are characterized by many environment-specific elements. For animals, you can find ocelots, parrots, and pandas, which are exclusively spawned in the forest environment. You can also find rare forest temples.

One of the most common variations is the bamboo forest, which is less dense in terms of trees, but contains large quantities of bamboo, which is one of the most easily renewable resources in the game and is also used in scaffolding, an essential tool for ambitious builders.

Deserts

Deserts are exactly what you would expect – sand and cacti stretch as far as the eye can see. There are generally no trees here, just dead bushes and cacti. Unlike other environments, the rabbit is the only animal that spawns in the desert, coming in a golden color that blends with the surrounding environment. This environment also houses a creature specific to it, the husk. The husk resembles a zombie but does not burn in the sunlight, and if it manages to attack you, it will inflict you with hunger, rendering your food ineffective.

You can also find villages, wells, and desert pyramids/temples in this environment. There is no rain or snow in this environment, even if the neighboring environment allows it.

Savannas

Compared to deserts and harsh environments, savannas are significantly more fertile. This environment is covered with brown grass and acacia trees, which produce distinctive orange-colored wood. A variety of passive creatures can spawn in this environment, such as llamas, horses, and cows, in addition to villages and raider outposts.
