Mobile gamers worldwide are in for a treat with the launch of Age of Empires Mobile game globally on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The Age of Empires Mobile game is the result of a collaboration between TiMi Studio Group (developer of Call of Duty: Mobile and Pokémon Unite) and World’s Edge, a Xbox game design specialist, to offer a new and innovative experience from this beloved series. It combines familiar elements of the famous Age of Empires series with a completely new gameplay style designed specifically for mobile phones to cater to players on these devices.

The Age of Empires Mobile game is designed to fit all aspects of mobile devices and cooperative play, and includes the following features:

• Ability to build a strategic approach using your civilizations, heroes, and forces with hundreds of possible formations to choose from in order to create the best attack plan.
• Features massive online multiplayer elements such as an alliance system in the game and gameplay between alliances in the siege mode, where large-scale castle sieges take place with realistic weapons and complex defenses, while battling with hundreds of players leading thousands of units in a single screen battle.
• Multiple single-player modes based on the Age of Empires series with unique elements from the original series.
• Build your empire in a vibrant medieval world with stunning civilizations, imperial cities, and legendary historical figures to test your bravery in becoming the most powerful ruler.
• Experience an original gameplay style in immersive battlefields, adapt your strategy according to dynamic and interactive terrains, changing weather conditions, and manage multiple forces by real-time control.

Continuing the series, the Age of Empires Mobile game allows players to choose from a range of the most famous legendary historical figures in the world to lead their armies. Players can choose from dozens of these leaders, such as Barbarossa, Darius I, Hammurabi, Joan of Arc, and Leonidas I, each with unique talents and synergies with each other to unleash their massive forces on their foes.

The game will include eight civilizations at launch – giving you the freedom to play as the British, Byzantine, Chinese, Egyptian, French, Japanese, Korean, or Roman civilization.
