Rebellion Developments has released a new promotional video for Sniper Elite: Resistance, along with the announcement of its release date on January 30, 2025.
The sniper game will be available for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC alongside Game Pass on the announced date. As a side story running alongside Sniper Elite 5, the protagonist of the story is not Karl Fairburne.
Special Operations Officer Harry Hawker is sent to investigate a deadly weapon called Wunderwaffe developed by the Nazis in France. With various mechanics from Sniper Elite, including stealth, sniping, X-Ray camera, and customizable weapons, as well as invasion mode and cooperative play.
There’s a brand-new addition in this installment called Propaganda Missions, which are unlocked by locating posters during the campaign. These missions involve strict objectives that players must complete within a limited time frame. The rewards for these missions have not been specified yet, but they will pose a fun challenge for experienced Sniper Elite players.
