The team has not been laid off, which is reassuring since The Lost Crown was actually a great game, and Ubisoft stated that the team is now working on various projects, as confirmed by a reliable source, indicating that the team is working on Rayman Remake, Beyond Good and Evil 2, and the next main game in the Ghost Recon series.
An informed source reveals that most developers have moved on to three different projects, however, the most exciting discovery is the remake of the Rayman game, as it is one of the oldest and most famous video game series.
Although the new version is under development, it was an unwanted project among developers, like Beyond Good and Evil 2, and the report also reveals that many developers working on Beyond Good and Evil 2 are confused about Ubisoft’s excessive spending on the project, with little likelihood of recouping it.
