1- Asking for help from Siri

To add an emergency contact, go to the “Health” app and click on the profile picture, then press on “Medical ID,” and press on “Edit,” then scroll to “Emergency Contacts,” press the Add (+) button, select a contact, then add the relationship, and finally press “Done,” then save the changes.

3- Add medical ID

The “Medical ID” feature on the iPhone helps paramedics access important medical data from the lock screen directly, so they do not need a password to unlock the phone, and then they can see information such as allergies, medical conditions, and who to contact in case of emergency. Therefore, it is always important to add specific contacts in case of emergencies as explained in the previous paragraph.
To create a medical ID, open the “Health” app and click on the “Summary” tab in the bottom bar, then click on the profile picture at the top left and in the “Medical Details” window, click on “Medical ID.” Now click on “Edit” and enter health information such as your date of birth, allergies you suffer from, and blood type. To enable your “Medical ID” from the lock screen, activate the “Show on Lock Screen” option. In case of an emergency, those who want to help you will know information about you. 4- Use the Health app

The “Health” app gathers your health and fitness information in one place, as the app displays your number of steps and the number of calories burned throughout the day, among other things. While many data points are added automatically, the app relies on some of the information it displays on other health apps installed on your phone or Apple Watch connected to your phone, such as fitness, nutrition system, and health tracking, as well as details of your physical activity recorded and tracked from the step-tracking sensors on your phone.
