First: Download the Go! ExtractIcons program, a free program that performs this task. You can download it from here, then install and run it.
Second: For example, if you want to extract the icon of Internet Download Manager from the program, select the folder for Internet Download Manager and then click Search Icons.
Then select the icon and click on it….
Then save it by clicking on Save Icon To
Then choose the location where you want to save the icon, then click Save Icon
