Facebook is currently working on enabling dark mode on its “Facebook Messenger” app, which will activate a true dark appearance. This mode will be most beneficial for phones with OLED screens as it saves battery power and protects the eyes during night browsing. The feature is currently hidden, but its code is present and waiting to be officially enabled for everyone. However, if you want to experience this mode now, there is a hidden trick that will apply the mode fully in Messenger, with another method we will discuss in the following paragraphs.
