Many countries around the world have started to provide 5G communication services, as well as many countries that support eSIM technology, the embedded chip. However, Egypt still does not have these services until now.
Today, the head of the telecommunications regulatory authority in Egypt announced that the 5G communication service will be tested within three months, with plans to launch and support it by all telecommunications companies within 6 months from now.
As for the eSIM service, the company WE recently stated that they are ready to launch the service and are only awaiting final approval. Surely, the other telecommunications companies Vodafone, Orange, and Telecom Egypt will follow suit.
