Edge Browser Introduces New Feature for Highlighting PDF Text in Four Different Colors.

Microsoft Edge browser, yes, it is the browser that came back strongly with an update that amazed the world, beating its competitors from Google Chrome and Firefox. We have previously talked about the new features it offers, whether in the desktop version or the phone. This time, we add a new feature to the list that we recently discovered, which is the ability to use the browser as a PDF reader. While this feature is available in many browsers, Edge has added many editing tools to it, including “Text Highlighting”, a fantastic feature that involves putting a color around the text. Many people need this feature, and to learn more about it, follow the post.

First, open a specific PDF file, and with simple steps, select the text you want to highlight.

When right-clicking the mouse, it will provide you with various options, allowing you to add a note, search for the specific phrase, copy it. What matters to us is the Highlight button for text highlighting, which in turn provides you with four colors (yellow, green, blue, and pink), and clicking on them will highlight the text directly.

You can repeat the same steps with any other text to highlight, but unfortunately, there is no undo feature for changes, so you must make sure of the text before highlighting it. Finally, click on the save icon or use the Ctrl + S shortcut.

Now you have highlighted text in colors without the need for different editing programs, just from the browser.
