EA Responds to Juventus FC Withdrawal from FIFA 20 Game and How Fans Will Be Compensated..!
We discussed in a previous article today about the news that EA has responded to the withdrawal of Juventus FC from the FIFA 20 game and how they will compensate the audience. As the partnership between EA and the Italian club Juventus FC has ended, the rights to the club are now exclusive to eFootball PES 2020. This means that Juventus FC will not be available in FIFA 20 officially. EA clarified this development to users in an official statement released today.
EA announced that FIFA 20 will include a new team called Piemonte Calcio in the Italian Serie A, with a unique jersey and logo designed specifically for the team, which will include all the real players from Juventus FC. The team will be available in the Italian Serie A and in FIFA Ultimate Team, as well as in the new Volta mode. The official rights to Juventus FC will be removed from FIFA 20 completely, as stated in the press release from EA.
This is a move that Konami has also made in previous PES releases, where they withdraw rights to certain leagues and teams, resulting in very different team names while retaining the real player names. What do our followers think of this move by EA? Just a reminder, FIFA 20 is set to be released on September 27 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Best regards.
