First, the icon is a file in .ico format. You need to choose the icon you want to use for the folder. There are many websites to get beautiful icons (for example, Icon Archive), or you can search on Google.
I, for example, chose this icon to use on the Spiderman movie folder.
1 – Right-click on the folder, select Properties
2 – Click on Customize, then Change Icon
3 – Click on Browse, then choose the icon from your device
4 – Click OK, then OK
You will now see that the icon has been changed
