CD Projekt Studio Admits Post-Launch Mistakes in Cyberpunk 2077 and Reveals Existence of Huge Projects Under Development..!

CD Projekt Studio acknowledges post-launch mistakes of Cyberpunk 2077 game and reveals the existence of huge projects under development
In a report unveiled in the past few hours through an official statement, Polish development studio CD Projekt Red provided us with an insight into all of its future plans. However, within the same report, several details were shared about the development process of the game Cyberpunk 2077, which the studio admitted to making mistakes during its initial presentation years ago.
Due to showcasing the game very prematurely even before the announcement of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, which was released first, the pressure on the game and the project as a whole was immense for the development team. This contributed to raising the expectations of the audience as a whole. After its release, we witnessed the reaction of the audience, and most importantly, its catastrophic technical performance due to the poor marketing of the game since CD Projekt Red primarily focused on the PC version.
In contrast, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions were at a very modest level, which the development team acknowledged in the past few hours through their report, highlighting some important points where they truly learned a harsh lesson from the post-launch of the Cyberpunk 2077 project and most of the titles currently being worked on will not be presented to the public until they are almost finalized.
They confirmed that they currently have several open workshops behind the scenes, including the highly anticipated The Witcher 4, but it will not be presented in the next few years at all. Their main goal will be to focus more on offering different and diverse experiences without revealing them to the public early on.
This contributed to the failure of the game promotion process and misled the gaming community, even if the game was successful in terms of sales, it fell into the trap of deception and cheating players as stated by some observers and followers of the video game industry. Of course, a step of this kind clearly confirms that the development team has learned from this mistake and has restructured the advertising and marketing system for future titles, something we will try to learn more about in the coming stage. Best regards.
