However, comparing it to the introduction of The Last of Us, which was impactful and immersive, makes it a challenge as The Last of Us left a lasting impression on players. Arne Meyer indicated that the introduction of Uncharted 4 will be even stronger and better than anything presented since The Last of Us.
“In my opinion, this is one of the best game introductions we have created. It ranks among the best openings in the game since The Last of Us. I classify it as one of the strongest short game introductions in the history of video games, giving you a sense of what to expect next in the adventure,” he said.
Arne Meyer claims it is better than anything presented after The Last of Us, but the studio has only released enhanced versions of The Last of Us and the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for the PlayStation 4, developed by Bluepoint Games.
