Keywords Studios has announced its acquisition of Certain Affinity, known for its involvement in developing several major games such as Hogwarts Legacy, Halo, and Call of Duty.
This acquisition comes after the American studio contributed to the development of these big titles, making it a target for major companies.
The deal value has not been officially disclosed, but it will initially be in cash, with the possibility of additional amounts based on Certain Affinity’s performance in the future.
It is worth mentioning that Keywords Studios also acquired Wushu Studios last August.
