Microsoft is preparing to launch Surface Laptop 8 with an Intel Lunar Lake processor, according to a new leak. The model recently spotted showcases a device equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 7 268V processor, a modern processor that was only released in September of last year, indicating that the device may be part of Microsoft’s plans for 2025.
The leak appeared on the Chinese website Goofish, where the device was listed for sale as a Surface Laptop 7, but with unexpected specifications including 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage space.
Some reports suggest that Microsoft may offer a version of the device with an ARM processor and another with an Intel processor to meet the needs of different users, especially in the business sector.
