One thing I like about the Office package is the ability to convert and extract file formats with different extensions without the need for additional programs. You can convert a Word file to PDF, a PowerPoint file to Word, or an Excel file to PDF, as we will see. And other conversions through a menu that is displayed when saving the file. You can choose the format in which the file is saved, and the file will be displayed in that format. What’s great about it is the speed of execution without the need for external tools like online websites.

For example, if you have an Excel file that includes some tables and data, as shown in the image above, after converting it to a PDF file, the same table can be displayed in the planned manner. This is much easier than transferring and rewriting that data in a PDF file using editing tools like Acrobat. So, the first step you take is to open Excel, then create the table you want to convert to a PDF file, or open the Excel file directly to open it in Excel, and then click on the File section at the top to access the file control menu.

In the File section, click on the Save As option, and on the right side, click on the Browse option to display a pop-up window where you can specify the location to save the file. Specify the location and it is recommended to set a name for the file instead of the default name. The most important part is the conversion process that occurs after selecting PDF from the Save as type menu, then selecting the Standard option and Open file after publishing in front of the Optimize for box. After completion, click the Save button to save the file in the specified format.

Now, as shown in the image above, the Excel file has been converted to PDF, and you can easily view the table by adding it to the PDF file using any PDF file viewing program. After following the steps above, you should have a well-organized table as it was in Excel. Thus, you have converted an Excel Excel file to PDF without the need for additional programs and can share it with anyone or print it without any problems.
